Lauren Stewart is a freelance writer with a background in higher education. She graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in English and obtained her M.Ed. in Educational Policy, Organization, and Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. As a graduate student, Lauren published a monthly newsletter for students living off-campus called The Connection. After graduation, Lauren returned to ASU to work as a career advisor for students in Engineering. She has extensive knowledge in resume writing, interviewing skills, and graduate school applications through her own research and working with employers from companies like IBM, Aerotek, and Geico.
